The best (Prehistoric) Archers around
On Saturdays’ archery competition of the European Championship for Prehistoric Weapons in Val Senales valley the winner in the category ‘Men’ is Kuno Bay (CH), ahead of Marco Maioli (I) and Daniel Müller (CH). In the category ‘Women’ Conny Heinzelmann (CH) got the best result, while Beatrix Rieger (D) and Bärbel Berhorst (D)are in second and third place. Also the little participants proved themselves as skillful archers. In the category ‘Children’ Kilian Diehm (D) won the tournament, followed by Daniele Capitanio (I) and Helena Martz (D).
The atlatl competition on Sunday was won by Kurt Mischler (CH), Ansgar Lukas (D) arrived second and Joachim Martz (D) third (category Men). The best athlete in the category Women was Ursula Raess (CH), followed by Conny Heinzelmann (D) and Maike Lukas (D). Kilian Diehm (D) won the atlatl competition in the category children, on the second place arrived Helena Martz (D) and on third place Tom Lukas (D).
